A nation of laws.
As a naturalized U.S. citizen, Ralph has lived the American immigration system the right way. He'll encourage legal immigration — and oppose illegal immigration. "Abolish ICE" is not a policy. We are a nation of laws.
Christian. Father. Patriot. Attorney. Republican candidate for U.S. Congress, California's 7th District. A revolution of common sense — to make CD7 bloom again.
Attorney. Author. Educator. Sacramento-area resident since 2011.
A Christian. A Father. A Patriot. A naturalized U.S. citizen, an Attorney, an Author, and an Educator. Not a career politician like Doris Matsui or Mai Vang. At 48 — the right age, the right skillset, the right time.
I've been a Sacramento-area resident since 2011. Before practicing law, I worked in Law Enforcement and as a substitute teacher — first-hand exposure to two of the systems most in need of common-sense reform. As an attorney, I've served California from both sides of the bench: Deputy District Attorney in Kern County; Deputy Public Defender in Los Angeles. Today I lead Nwobi Law Group in Elk Grove.
In 2018, when this district was within CA-6, I ran for the same seat as a write-in. After redistricting, CD7 is more winnable for Republicans than it has been in a generation.
I see politics as a vehicle to better the lives of the electorate — not a career. Doris Matsui (81) has been in office two decades, with little to show. Congress is not the place for on-the-job training. The stakes are too high. I will be ready on Day 1.
Cast your vote for me on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
Where Ralph stands and what he'll fight for in Washington — in plain English, not focus-group slogans.
As a naturalized U.S. citizen, Ralph has lived the American immigration system the right way. He'll encourage legal immigration — and oppose illegal immigration. "Abolish ICE" is not a policy. We are a nation of laws.
As a former Deputy District Attorney and a Deputy Public Defender, Ralph has seen the justice system from every angle. He will fund — not defund — the police, and stand with victims, not slogans.
Lower taxes, smaller government, real relief on groceries, fuel, and housing. The cost of living is killing CD7 — the answer is not another federal program. The answer is room to breathe.
"No funding for allies" is not strength — it's retreat. Ralph will support the partnerships that keep Americans safe at home and credible abroad, while demanding the Pentagon spend every dollar wisely.
Ralph was the only candidate of six — across both parties — to attend the recent Placerville event on wildfire prevention, mitigation, insurance, and firefighter support. Proactive coordination with state, county, and homeowners. Not reactive press releases.
We spend more on healthcare than any country on earth — and Big Pharma gets the windfall, not the patient. Ralph will fight for fiscally conservative healthcare spending that produces tangible, long-term results in the health of the citizenry.
Before he was an attorney, Ralph was a substitute teacher — and saw first-hand the effects of misguided policies on California's classrooms. Parents first. Reading, writing, math, and civics over ideology.
California's small-business owners have been talked at, not heard. Ralph will fight to remove the red tape that smothers start-ups and pushes job-creators across state lines.
Iran recovery is coming. So are the relief funds. CD7 farmers — hit hard by the rising cost of gas, diesel, and fertilizer — deserve to be first in line, not 52nd. Ralph will fight to make sure CD7 gets the freshest water through every season.
Two-thirds of Americans begin some form of cognitive decline by age 70. Congress is not a lifetime appointment. Ralph supports term limits in government positions, across the board.
Former Prosecutor, Deputy Public Defender, Law Professor and currently — a Private Practitioner. The pages of a working life, in chronological order.
Republican candidate in the June 2, 2026 primary election. Running on a Revolution of Common Sense — to retire Doris Matsui and return CD7 to conservative representation.
Ran for the same congressional seat (then within CA-6) as a write-in candidate against Doris Matsui. After 2023 redistricting, the seat is now CD7 — and more winnable than ever.
Private practice focused on Family Law, Criminal Law, and Civil Litigation — representing working Californians in courts across the state.
Prosecuted on behalf of the people of California — first-hand experience holding criminals accountable and standing with victims.
Defended the constitutional rights of Los Angeles residents. Both sides of the Justice system — a perspective rare in Congress.
Taught Advanced Legal Writing to final-year law students. Author and host of the YouTube series Ralph's Law — Where Justice Reigns.
Worked in Law Enforcement before practicing law. Long-time Sacramento-area resident, raising a family and serving the community.
Yale and Sheffield — further law programs in the U.S. Constitution, and in Crime, Society & Justice.
Hardworking Americans making between $48K and $108K. Too much for welfare. Not enough for California. From Sacramento to Stockton, Elk Grove to Galt, El Dorado Hills and beyond.
Their pains are often minimized.
I can be their voice.
The Framers wrote minimum age requirements into the Constitution because life experience matters. Today, science tells us the brain finishes developing around 25 — and that two-thirds of Americans begin some form of cognitive decline by 70. Congress is not the place for on-the-job training. The stakes are too high. This election is a choice between three very different ages.
“I have contacted the campaigns of both Doris Matsui and Mai Vang, and challenged them to debate. Both have refused. The question is — what are they afraid of?”
When wildfire breaks, firefighters show up. Their representative should too. Ralph attended. The other five did not. The difference between proactive leadership and a press release.
Five anchor cities. Hundreds of neighborhoods. One representative who will answer the phone.
The latest from the campaign trail.
EG Citizen profiles Ralph ahead of the June 2 Republican primary — his case for experience and a return to common-sense representation.
"At 48, I have the right skillset, age, and experience to prosecute the case of Doris Matsui — and ensure she retires from politics, for good."
"A position in Congress is not the job one gets while in college. The stakes are higher. We cannot afford to split our votes between two Republicans."
Knock on doors. Every hour adds up — pick where you fit.
This is not amateur hour — and there are no rookie mistakes. The primary is on June 2, 2026, and the math is simple: a unified Republican vote is the path back to a CD7 seat we have not held in a generation.
Tell us where you live and how you'd like to help. We'll put you to work the same week.
Pick an amount and pitch in. Every dollar funds canvassers, signs, and the field operation that wins the Republican primary on June 2 — and the general in November.
